Russ Johnson

Russ comes from a skilled trades background as a tool and die maker, where he learned the value of precision, patience, and doing things the right way. Over time, he discovered a passion for teaching and coaching, which led him into a long ministry career in training and communication.

For more than 25 years, Russ has been known for his ability to make complex ideas simple and help people grow with confidence. He went on to found and lead a global nonprofit, reaching individuals and teams across the U.S. and internationally.

Today, Russ brings that same people-first approach into the steam industry. His story reflects what he believes deeply: it’s never too late to learn something new, step into a better career, and do meaningful work.
